Just Add Flower was born from Kristin Hilton’s deep passion for artistry in baking and cake design. What began as a heartfelt endeavour - creating cakes for family and friends - quickly evolved into a sought-after boutique cake studio, celebrated for its refined craftsmanship and elegant designs.

 

Nestled in the coastal town of Lennox Head, just moments from Byron Bay, Kristin artfully balances family life as a mother of four with her dedication to creating bespoke cakes that embody beauty, quality and taste.

 

Each cake is handcrafted with the finest ingredients, including free-range eggs and locally sourced, seasonal produce wherever possible. Every creation is made fresh to order, a one-of-a-kind masterpiece designed to reflect each client’s vision - whether it’s an understated single-tier design or a grand multi-tiered statement. 

 

While Kristin brings passion and precision to every cake, her true love lies in wedding cakes. Her designs often serve as the centrepiece of a couple’s most cherished celebration, adorned with fresh, exquisite blooms sourced from the region’s finest florists - a seamless blend of natural beauty and artistry.
